We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate who is fluent in English and other languages, such as Mandarin or Cantonese.

Objectives
Working closely with the boutique store manager, the objectives of the sales associate are as follows:
- An excellent sales person with the ability to master new challenges
- Participate in team selling and achieving optimal results and KPI's
- Recognized and informative with respect to head-to-toe client styling
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Utilize client book to drive business and secure appointments

Profile
Experience in fashion retail as a sales associate is required. Dynamic and bright, the candidate must have a well-rounded knowledge of the industry and most importantly, suggestive selling. Must be charismatic, passionate about people, and able to provide exceptional customer service experiences. The position pays hourly rate and a team monthly bonus pool share based on achieving store sales targets. Anne Fontaine offers a competitive compensation and uniform clothing garments.

- Be a team player
- Be able to manage a warehouse staff. Warehouse staff is responsible for packing our gear and supplies for events, unpacking and returning gear and supplies to the racks after gear returns from events and in general keeping the warehouse tidy and organized.
- Manage warehouse staff hours efficiently
- Have experience as a manager and having managed people before
- Responsible for managing contents of warehouse
- Must make sure that all events are packed out correctly; that all gear and supplies needed for each event are packed correctly and not left behind; that all gear is packed out in a timely manner
- Managing staff loading and unloading trucks
- Be able to order consumable supplies and track level of supplies in warehouse
- Track condition of inventory and gear making sure gear that needs to be repaired is done so efficiently and expeditiously
- Work hand in hand with sales staff
- Be a good communicator
- Be responsible to seek out, interview and recommend to management hiring of new warehouse and event staff.
- Must be able to work 45+ hours per week (on some weekends and holidays as well)
- Must be proficient in email, internet and blackberry technology
- Must have car and a valid drivers license
