Il Toscano Ristorante is a dream come true for Mauro and his family. His Son, Alex Privilegi is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and lived in Montefollonico, Italy for one year where he sharpened his skill and his drive to bring new and innovative ideas to the restaurant while still maintaining the old world Northern Italian style of cuisine. |
