HMTC Outdoor Yoga Class with Helena Dluha at Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center of Nassau County in Glen Cove, Long Island, New York.
HMTC presents an outdoor yoga class, taught by Helena Dluha. During the class, Helena will go through some basic yoga postures. Not too gentle, not too athletic, with just the right combination for everyone wishing to attend. Everyone should end up leaving the class feeling longer, looser, and more relaxed.
There is a registration fee of $15.00 a person to participate in the class. Registration in advance is required. All participants must bring their own yoga mats and adhere to social distancing guidelines.
The class will take place on the lawn in back of HMTC's building, located on Welwyn Preserve, 100 Crescent Beach Road, Glen Cove, NY. |
