Resident teacher Kadam Holly McGregor. This class is intended for those with Highest Yoga Tantra (HYT) Empowerments or those with the sincere wish to receive HYT Empowerments soon.
Take an exploratory journey into the uncommon practice of Tantric Mahamudra according to the Ganden Oral Lineage as presented by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso in his 2015-16 book The Oral Instructions of Mahamudra. Gain deep insights into the practice of meditation through which you can develop and maintain peaceful states of mind all the time, to benefit both yourself and others.
In this class, you will learn the very essence of Buddha’s teachings of Sutra and Tantra, beginning with beautiful preliminary practices which prepare the mind and build up positive energy, to more subtle meditations on the nature of the mind and the true nature of reality/emptiness. These profound teachings are easy to put into practice and will bring immeasurable meaning to your life.
