Rhythmology is more than a place to learn how to dance - we provide a social network of all ages who are interested in dance and creative expression. Come into our studio to sign up for affordable packages of group classes or private lessons, or simply drop into one of our social classes and pay as you go for Salsa, Rumba, Flamenco, social dancing or Cha-Cha. Join our VIP membership to get exclusive specials to hosted events at local hotspots for social dance opportunities. Whether you want to dance professionally or for fun, all ages and levels are welcome in our studio.

Mexican Retardant
Mesita, which translates to "small table" serves authentic, modern, Mexican cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere. The menu, created by chef Victor Chicas, features fresh guacamole prepared table-side, mouth-watering Mexican street corn, fire-grilled fajitas, along with burritos, tortas, tacos and many other house-made Mexican dishes. The combination of our traditional menu and playful décor with our rustic Mexican flair provides a dining experience that truly embodies the Mexican spirit. Mesita is the newest addition to the Rockville Centre restaurant scene and we are steps away from the LIRR. Mesita boasts parking in the rear of our building during dining and nightlife hours. |
