Spirit's Promise Equine Rescue will kick off their Spirit of Christmas series of events at 2746 Sound Avenue, Riverhead, NY 11901 on December 2 2021 5:00PM-9:00PM with a Holiday Yoga and Community benefit fundraiser. Share Love and Light this Holiday Season with a communal yoga practice and meditation dedicated to Love, Peace, and Prosperity for those in need. Admission is $30 and includes class, snacks and a donation to the rescue. On December 4 2021 4:00PM-9:00PM, Spirit's Promise will host their first of two Fire and Ice Christmas Markets. The second Market will be held on December 18, 2021 from 4:00 - 9:00 PM. Local vendors from the Long Island community, such as Disset Chocolate, Relic, Hamptons Trading Co., Hamptons Handpoured, NoFo Plants, Wicked Sister Teas, Pampered Chef and more, will be featured at these events. Admission for this event is free, but donations are always welcome, encouraged, and appreciated! All donations go to caring for the animals, running our programs, and community outreach events. These outdoor, propane heated, holiday market events are inspired by German Christmas Markets. Enjoy magical lights and holiday music in a festive setting, while watching live ice carving and fire dancing! Shop our vendors to find the perfect, unique gifts for your loved ones this holiday season and even get them wrapped at our gift wrapping station (a small fee applies). Pick up custom gifts, ornaments, artisan chocolates, baked goods, homemade knitted accessories, and more! Hot cocoa, spiked cider, and various other holiday goodies will be available for purchase on the premises. Weather dependent farm tours may be available for an additional donation.
On December 9, 2021 from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, Spirit's Promise is offering Wreath Making with Farmer Jenn. Make your own festive wreath with fresh greens, pinecones, and a beautiful bow! Participants may also bring their own additional decorations. Admission is $50.00 per person ($25.00 for ages 12 and under) and includes supplies, light refreshments and a donation to the rescue.
Spirit's Promise will also be offering Holiday Farm Tours with Mrs. Claus at 2746 Sound Avenue, Riverhead, NY 11901 on December 4th, 11th, and 18th. Tours will run at 10AM, 11AM, 12PM, and 1PM. Visit with our Equine Reindeer and enjoy story time & songs with Mrs. Claus and her Elves at our rustic decorated farm and magical Christmas barn. Bring your family to make lasting holiday memories and get great photos too! Tours are $75 for up to 5 people, and then $15 per person after that. On December 11th 2021, Spirit's Promise and Dancing With Deanna are pleased to present their North Fork Country Holiday Barn Dance at 2746 Sound Avenue, Riverhead, NY 11901 at 7PM. Come learn some new line dancing moves at this holiday themed event! Tickets are $15 and must be purchased in advance.
