- Please bring donor card or ID with signature on the photo
- Minimum weight 110 lbs
- Ages 16-75 (16 year old must have parental permission. Age 76 and over need doctor's note).
- Eat well (low fat) and drink fluids
- No tattoos for the past 12 months
