Harbes Family Farm Summer 2019 Pumpkin Festival at Harbes Family Farm and Vineyard in Mattituck, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
Come celebrate the grand seasonal opening of our Barnyard Pumpkin Patch during our 30th Anniversary Season at Harbes Family Farm. We'll be having our Annual Pumpkin Festival, a two-day weekend salute to Fall at our Mattituck Farm. Please join us Saturday September 28 - Sunday September 29 2019 10:00AM-=6:00PM.
Our beautiful 7-acre "u-pick" Barnyard Pumpkin Patch offers many varieties of on-the-vine pumpkins and gourds to choose from. In the Pumpkin Patch, there’s also concession foods and Harbes Vineyard wines for guests to enjoy as well as live musical entertainment. The Barnyard Pumpkin Patch is adjacent to Harbes Barnyard Adventure and features its own parking area (please GPS 25 Sound Avenue, Mattituck).
In our central courtyard area, we'll be hosting free donut eating contests for children 12 and under twice daily. He'll also be hosting all kinds of Autumn games for the kids as well. There will be pumpkin rolling competitions, potato sack races, tug of war, and you won't want to miss our incredibly fun scarecrow dress-up relays.
If it's music you love we’ll be having our famous Singing Hayrides. Tour our 100-acre farm as you are serenaded by beautiful singing. There will also be free live music available to enjoy in the courtyard/picnic area.
While you are here you can visit Harbes Barnyard Adventure for hours of family fun. Harbes Barnyard Adventure is an 8-acre, family-friendly experience for all ages. The Barnyard includes a Singing Hayride tour of our 100-acre farm, our famous pig races and hosted children's activities throughout the day. There are also farm animals, our very popular "Jumbo Jumpers" bounce pillows, a Sports Zone with baseball, football and basketball tossing games, "Lil' Farmers PlayLand" filled with lots of fun activities for preschoolers, a trike track and our musical animatronic chicken show. We’ll also be debuting some exciting new attractions for 2019.
Harbes Wine Barn, located behind the main farmstand, is a wine lover's dream. In our 100-year-old renovated potato barn, we offer tastings of our award-winning wines and wine by the glass or bottle. There's a rustic ambiance inside or you can enjoy your wine outside under an umbrella on our patio.

Harbes Farm is a 13th generation farm that has transitioned from traditional agricultural to a model that is inclusive of the public, inviting them to enjoy the fruits of their labor at 3 farms.
