Description: |
Montauk Observatory Long Island Science Lecture: Albert Einstein Rock Star at East Hampton Middle School in East Hampton, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
An insightful talk about Einstein, the man, the iconic genius his personality, and his work. Though indifferent to fame, Albert Einstein was someone we would today call a "rock star." His Theory of Relativity is one of the greatest triumphs of a single human mind. Transforming gravitation into geometry, it challenged our egocentric view of the Universe and created an exciting new form of astronomy. Please join us for physicist Dr. Stephen Rosen's insightful talk about Einstein, the man, the iconic genius and his work.
This lecture is co-sponsored by the East Hampton High School Environmental Awareness Club.
