Savor some of the dishes two of the country's most celebrated chefs have served to the likes of Frank Sinatra, Robin Williams, Muhammed Ali and Joan Rivers.
Red Salt Room's David Burke has teamed with David Waltuck, the multi James Beard Award-winning the chef/owner of famed (now shuttered) New York Times four-star Chanterelle, to orchestrate an Epicurean evening to remember. Their three-course menu showcases dishes they have presented to celebrities over the years, such a: Scallop Saute with Duck Fat; Rib Eye Steak, Red Wine, Shallots and Roquefort Cheese; and Bronzini, Spaghetti Squash Noodles, Roasted Tomatillo Salsa.
The festivities will commence with celebrity favored cocktails and hors d'oeuvre, enhanced by wine pairings and end with and entertaining dialogue between the two super-star chefs.
