In this webinar we are going to explore how coaches can organize group coaching programs: what factors we can consider, steps to take, how to assess the appropriate content and structure, and any challenges we might meet. Participants will have the opportunity to design their own program and leave with some actionable steps they can take.
In this webinar we are going to help coaches understand what group coaching is, its difference from team coaching, its benefits and the key elements of group coaching.
More specifically, participants will be able to:
- Understand factors to consider for the structure and themes of group coaching programs
- Broaden their understanding of identifying clients’ specific needs
- Learn how to contract / what to pay attention to, during the coaching agreement.
