North Shore Animal League America is the world's largest no-kill rescue and adoption organization 1.5 mile friendly dog walk at North Hempstead Beach Park in Port Washington NY.
Participants will walk a 1.5 mile walk at North Hempstead Beach Park in Port Washington Long Island with their furry best friend, enjoy a vendor fair, musical entertainment, food trucks, have fun on the doggy agility course, and have a chance to adopt a new canine or feline companion from our Mobile Adoption Unit. Registration begins at 9:00AM and the walk starts at 10:00AM with the St Francis Prep Cheerleaders and @milkpomster, a smiling Pomeranian dog on instagram, leading the walk. |
