Description: |
5 sessions ongoing on Wednesdays, May 30-June 27, 2012. Learn the basics in creating an accurate portrait of flowers and plants in watercolor. The instructor, Rose Pellicano, a member of the American Society of Botanical Artists, through demonstration and lecture will teach the student in a step by step method the techniques and skills of traditional botanical painting. The focus will be in observational skills, drawing, design and accurate color mixing. Individual attention will be given and everyone will work at their own pace. This class is suitable for beginning and intermediate students. A materials list will be provided. |
