Liberate yourself in French-American style. Celebrate Bastille Day at Lenz. Bastille Day is a French celebration, so we went to where there are French people in the USA. You got it - New Orleans! Enjoy some hearty cajun style food, music and good ole Lenz wine.
Appetizers: Black-eyed pea cakes, boudin balls, chicken-on-a-stick; 2006 Cuvee, 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Main Vittles: Chicken gumbo, shrimp etouffee, smoked tasso pork with maque-choux and potato salad; 2007 Gewurztraminer, 2007 Estate Selection Merlot
Dessert: Local fruit cobbler
