The class is a breath centered vinyasa style of Hatha yoga. The asanas or postures are done with a flow of movements calling on the breath to create a mind and body connection. This allows prana or life force to flow evenly and gracefully through the entire body allowing the mind to find the balance between effort and ease in the practice.
