Down to Earth... Back to the Earth... Connect with the Earth and connect with yourself -mind, body and spirit- during a one-hour yoga class in the Main Room of the Nature Center. This is a Gentle Yoga Program for all fitness levels, and will be taught by Amy Hess, a certified yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Students must bring their own mats. |
