Description: |
When we are angry, it's often because there is something important that needs to be said, or something that needs to change. If we lack the confidence and skill to think, speak and act in a centered, powerful way, we get angry, and can then end up regretting what we've said or done.
Anger distorts our view and can disrupt our health, our happiness and especially our relationships. Through contemplation and meditation, we can learn to listen in a deeper way to ourselves and others. We can discover the inner problem or conflict that is asking to be resolved, that anger is trying to get us to pay attention to. Then we can take appropriate action, from a calm, centered place in our heart. |
