Annual Lenten Retreat 2020 Lecture Service Refreshments at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church of East Meadow, Nassau County, Long Island, New York.
The annual Lenten Retreat will be held on Saturday, March 21 from 12 PM to 5 PM at Holy Trinity Orthodox Church, 369 Green Avenue, East Meadow. Constantine Zalalas, famed lay theologian associated with Saint Nikodemos Publications, will lecture on the spiritual aspects of the Lenten struggle. A Memorial Divine Liturgy will precede the retreat at 9:30AM. Registration and lunch will begin at 11:00AM. A Lenten meal will be served after 5 PM, and the Vigil for the Feast of the Veneration of the Holy Cross will be held at 6 PM.
