Poets, Pagans, Performers, and all People of Good Will are invited to join in celebration of Autumn Equinox and the Bardic Tradition.
Paumanok Island Protogrove of Ar nDraiocht Fein's First Annual "Bardic Night by Firelight" will be on Friday, September 21, 2012 8:00PM-Midnight at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Huntington.
Bring your creative performances (poetry, song, stories, etc.) or just come to watch! Evening will feature a Dessert Revel with coffee, tea, and juices - bring a beverage of your choice. The night begins with an Equinox Ritual in the Druidic Tradition of ArnDraoicht Fein, followed by super-talented featured poets Ed Luhrs and Charles Peter Watson. Then the stage will be open for all wishing to perform.
Tickets are $10 at the door, $8 in advance (message our fb page or email misscolleen42@yahoo.com for advance sales information.) Don't miss this chance to exult in the arrival of autumn and honor the Spirit of Creativity. All are welcome, please invite your friends!
The Protogrove will be collecting new and unused children's and young adult books for donation to those in need through Reading Reflections. |
