Description: |
Bluegrass and BBQ Featuring The Ebony Hillbillies at the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill, Long Island, New York.
Celebrate the end of the season at Bluegrass and BBQ, the grand finale of the East End or Busk series. The evening will feature "one of the last black string bands in the USA" The Ebony Hillbillies, who will entertain guests on the terrace with their rootsy, homegrown style of All-American Music Jazz, Blues, Bluegrass, Rockabilly, Rock and Roll and Country. The Hillbillies inspire heartstring tugs and toe-taps in fans of all types of music using violin, mountain dulcimer, banjo, washboard, percussion, bones, and vocals.
The café will offer special barbecue menu items throughout the evening. Tables will be set up on the terrace, or you can bring a blanket and take your barbecue from the café to the events lawn for a good old fashioned picnic! So join us with open ears and an empty stomach for what is sure to be a rip-roaring good time.
Please note that seating on the terrace is limited. Guests are encouraged to bring their own blankets and chairs to be used on the events lawn.
