Acoustic Afternoon Open Mic Sundays at Smithtown Township Arts Council at Mills Pond House in Saint James, Long Island, New York.
Open mics are led by singer/songwriter Christie Baker a native Long Islander who lives in Smithtown. All ages all levels welcome. Two mics and two plug-ins provided. No big drum sets please. Performs should bring three original or cover songs to share (more will be considered if time permits). Light refreshments provided and/or bring a snack to share. Pets welcome. Come early because the house closes at 4:00PM. No admission for audience members. Enjoy a great Sunday afternoon entertainment as Long Island musicians share their talents.
Mills Pond House Gallery is dedicated to showcasing the artistic development and achievements of our region and the nation. Our exhibitions provide diverse art experiences for individuals and artists. Parking lot is across from 199 Mills Pond Road.

Smithtown Township Arts Council is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) community cultural organization that exists to integrate the arts into the fabric of everyday life in Smithtown Township, Suffolk County. A fundamental goal of this organization is to show how the Arts inspire, educate, cause positive change, and generally improve the quality of life for the residents of the communities we serve.
