Tribute to Jazz Piano with Jazz Great Jeb Patton - Musical Director Scott Ballin
For over 13 years, Jeb Patton has been the pianist for the internationally renowned Heath Brothers touring the states and abroad. Having studied under Sir Roland Hanna, Jeb has performed and recorded with many luminaries including Jimmy, Albert, and Percy Heath, Etta Jones, Charles McPherson, James Moody, Jessye Norman, Lewis Nash, Sachal Vasandani, Tom Harrell, Roberta Gamberini, Winard Harper, Antonio Hart, the New York Philomusica, among many others. In 2009 he released his first CD entitled "New Strides" on the MAXJAZZ label featuring his working trio comprised of David Wong and Peter Vannostrand. When he's not touring the world playing music, Jeb teaches privately and as an adjunct professor at Queens College and Five Towns College. |
