Join us for a PowerPoint lecture and guided tasting when our guest speaker shares artisan organic dark chocolates from around the world. Learn about the many nuances of chocolate, what to look for or avoid on a label, the health benefits, and the history of chocolate. Discover how cocoa farming helps the rain forests and its indigenous people. Roxanne Browning conducts chocolate tastings and chocolate and wine pairings for public or private events. Lecture is open to all; tastings, however, will be limited to the first 40 attendees. |
