During her slide talk, Scarlett Morrongiello (née Hong Li), who is an expert in judging, selecting and preparing premium quality teas, will explain how and why the Chinese Tea Ceremony places such emphasis on elegance, respect, inner peace, harmony and joy. Afterward, two kinds of teas will be offered as well as special homemade sweets in an authentic tea ceremony. Limited to 40 participants. |
