Main Street to Barnum Avenue, reviewing Stand on West Broadway
Marching bands, Fire Departments, civic groups, floats. The Port Jefferson Fire Department wishes to invite the public to support its annual Independence Day Parade on Thursday, July 4, 2013 by showing their gratitude to our forefathers in observance of its parade.
The parade will kick-off at 10:00AM beginning at the Infant Jesus Church parking lot and will travel downtown making a left onto West Broadway and then a left onto Barnum Avenue, ending at the firehouse at Maple Place.
Please note: Main St. will be closed at 8:15AM to allow for the safe line-up of parade participants. Reeves Road and High St. from Main Street. to Stony Hill Road. will also be closed for participants lining up. Detour signs will be in place to direct people to the ferry and downtown areas. |
