Chabad Jewish Learning Center's Annual Chanukah Festival and Public Menorah Lighting at the Parking Lot of Whole Foods in Jericho, Long Island, New York.
Chabad Jewish Learning Center's Annual Public Menorah Lighting, will be highlighted this year with the lighting of a 6 foot Menorah carved out of a 500 lb. block of ice by Sculptor Mark Mckenzie.
Carving Activities at 3:30PM
Ice Menorah Lighting at 4:15PM
Menorah lighting of 6 ft. ice Menorah with the attendance of dignitaries. Enjoy plenty of hot Latkes, chocolate Hanukkah gelt, doughnuts and hot coffee, balloon artist, crafts and activities for children and live music. In case of very cold weather, the program will be held in a heated tent. |
