Encouraged for adults, children (5+) and their families. Space is limited pre-registration required. There will be a one hour lunch break, please bring food.

Experience traditional songs performed by American Indians
Photography
Capture the natural beauty of our preserve
Art
Work with an American Indian to learn traditional art skills
Poetry: Reflect on your experience through a poet led writing session.
Sponsored by the National Endowment for the Arts we are offering programs specializing in Native American Art and Culture. Offered two Saturdays in September, October, and November. You will explore all of the following: Traditional dance and storytelling performed by American Indians (Silver Cloud Singers), nature-inspired photography with Alex Chen, the art of feather working with Lance White Magpie and poetry with Danielle Soames. |
