The Fit and Healthy Mamas 5K is for runners of all ages and speeds. Whether you’re a first timer, or beginner, an avid runner, or just need an incentive to lose that baby weight, we encourage you to join us for this inaugural event to promote healthy living and more importantly to celebrate you and all you do. As moms we often find taking care of ourselves last on the long list of things to do. I wanted to create this day to remind you the importance of putting you and your health as a priority. One cannot truly feel their best, look their best, or live their best without being fit and healthy. Take your moment to be Fit and Healthy today.
