Why Social Skills Are More Important Than Academics for Success in Life presented by the CHADD of Nassau County - Parenting Workshop Educational Forum at the East Meadow Jewish Center, Long Island, New York. Speaker: Ryan Wexelblatt, MSS.
You don't need to be highly intelligent or have a strong academic background to be successful in life. However, it is difficult to be successful in life if you don't have good social skills. Ryan Wexelblatt, Director of Camp Sequoia and former school counselor, will discuss what is needed to improve the social skills of children with AD/HD. As a parent of a child with learning differences, Ryan understands what children with social skill challenges need from both a personal and professional perspective.
