Join us for a congregational Shabbat Sukkot Service and Festive Dinner. Our Temple-Wide Shabbat Sukkot Service and Festive Dinner will take place on Friday, October 5, 2012 at 6:15PM in the Sanctuary followed by dinner in the sukkah.
Temple Israel of Great Neck's mission shall be: to maintain a Synagogue for worship and religious observance and to assist in the observance of Jewish life-cycle events according to the principles of Conservative Judaism; to foster the Jewish identity of its youth through its culture and activities including the maintenance of a school or schools for instruction in Jewish religion and culture; to foster social action as a means of strengthening the community; to strive for the betterment of society; and to enhance the spiritual, mental, moral, and physical welfare of its members and the community. |
