Description: |
Destination: Belmont Lake State Park, North Babylon. Meet at 11:30AM. Lets bicycle to the park and no fees to park this way. Approximately 4-5 mile round trip through wooded nature path, will pass Southard Pond and continue until we reach Belmont Lake State Park. Stop for lunch- then continue around the entire lake at park. Level of difficulty is easy but not all paths will be paved. Well traveled smooth dirt path.
Call if you don't have a bike rack I may be able to find someone who can pick up your bike. Bring water, pack a light lunch for yourself to picnic in the park or purchase food at concession stand in park. |
