The first of its kind in the Long Island-NYC area, the NY Multicultural Expo is THE event where business owners and corporate executives of different ethnic backgrounds connect, fostering cultural awareness and creating new business relationships. In partnership with Nassau County, the expo provides an excellent opportunity to interact with the fastest growing segment of the business population – the multicultural market. Highlights include seminars given by noted experts throughout the day geared to minority owned businesses and other small to medium size businesses, multicultural entertainment at 1pm, VIP Networking Dinner the night before and VenturePitch 2012, a breakfast kickoff program. Daymond John, star panelist from the hit ABC-TV series Shark Tank will be joined by moderator Rob Basso of Basso On Business and a room full of regional business elite as they judge business concepts submitted by the area's future business leaders. Participants in the expo will receive widespread media coverage in prominent multicultural media venues.
