Whether you are pregnant as a first time mom or you have recently welcomed a new baby to your family, this group will benefit you. Come talk to and learn from professionals and other mothers who have been through this exciting yet challenging time.
Future topics will include nutrition and exercise for pregnancy and postpartum, share your birth story, labor support and coping skills, SIDS prevention, safe sleep patterns, breastfeeding, pumping, Infant Child CPR Choking and Safety, baby's sleep concerns, your emotions after delivery, choosing the right prenatal care provider. Infants and breastfeeding babies welcome to accompany mom. |
