This unforgettable overnight sleepover is the ultimate
shark-lover's experience. Discover the truths surrounding these top ocean predators during this activity-filled overnight adventure. Take part in hands-on activities in our Shark Discovery Lab and crafts station. With an expert guide, take a nocturnal prowl through the Aquarium's animal care areas, including a visit to the food-prep area to learn how we care for and feed our sharks and rays. Enjoy a movie presentation of Shark Tale and then dare to sleep near where sharks swim silently just inches from you.
After everyone has gone home and the Aquarium has closed its doors for the night, we invite you to join us for an exciting night of exploration with one of our themed Family Sleepovers. When the lights go out, unroll your sleeping bag next to our 120,000-gallon shark tank or next to the colorful flying-in-the-water Clownfish tank. In the morning, you'll wake up with the fishes and enjoy a continental breakfast.
All sleepovers are 6:00PM-7:00PM and include Aquarium admission, dinner, continental breakfast, a movie, craft, animal interaction, and waking up next to one of our exhibits.
Limit: 100 participants; no refunds or exchanges. All ages welcome; recommended for school-age children. Sleeping location is not guaranteed; on first come, first served basis. All prices plus tax.
The Long Island Aquarium and Exhibition Center is two great family attractions in one fin-tastic destination. This full-scale Aquarium and brand-new Exhibition Center features one of the largest all-living coral reef displays in this hemisphere; a 120,000-gallon shark tank, year-round sea lion shows, numerous touch tanks, and more than 100 exhibits and interactive experiences, including Shark Dive, Pirate Snorkel Adventure, Atlantis Explorer Tour Boat and Sea Lion Kiss. Long Island Exhibition Center's first exhibit is Butterflies and Birds. Flying for a limited engagement, only, don't miss them. Hours 10:00AM-5:00PM year-round.
