This recreational program, for children with diabetes, offers participation in selected farm education courses that have been specially developed and are presented by health care professionals. There is extensive individual interaction with health care professionals in a friendly, compassionate environment. Also gives children the chance to meet other children with diabetes in a fun, non-clinical atmosphere. |
