Scenic Bike Ride: Choose a 10-mile ride to the beach and back or a 30-mile ride through the East End Villages. These rides start and end at a private residence in Bridgehampton. (Address and directions provided upon registration). The entry fee includes SAG support t-shirt and a goody bag filled with goodies from our sponsors. $100.00.*
Scenic Bike Ride and Boxed Lunch-To-Go: Choose a 10-mile ride to the beach and back or a 30-mile ride through the East End Villages. These rides start and end at a private residence in Bridgehampton. (Address and directions provided upon registration). The entry fee includes a boxed lunch from Hampton Coffee Co. to take home, SAG support t-shirt, and a goody bag filled with goodies from our sponsors. $175.00.*
Scenic Bike Ride, Sit-Down Boxed Lunch and Wine Tasting: Choose a 10-mile ride to the beach and back or a 30-mile ride through the East End Villages. These rides start and end at a private residence in Bridgehampton. (Address and directions provided upon registration). The entry fee includes a sit-down boxed lunch from Hampton Coffee Co., a wine tasting, SAG support t-shirt, and a goody bag filled with goodies from our sponsors. $225.00. This option is limited to 40 people.*

Raise $1,500.00 for i-tri by reaching out to your friends and family to support your bike ride. Choose a 10-mile ride to the beach and back or a 30-mile ride through the East End Villages. These rides start and end at a private residence in Bridgehampton. (Address and directions provided upon registration). The entry fee includes a sit-down boxed lunch from Hampton Coffee Co., a wine tasting, SAG support t-shirt, and a goody bag filled with goodies from our sponsors. This option is limited to 40 people.*
*Please note that due to COVID-19 regulations, there are a limited number of people permitted on the property at any one time. Upon registration, you will be emailed a registration time and start time. During registration, upon the completion of the ride, and while you are moving about the property, all participants will be expected to wear masks and practice social distancing.
Required Town of Southampton Waiver: The Town of Southampton requires all participants to submit a NOTARIZED Indemnification/Hold Harmless Agreement. We are bound to submit original, notarized forms to Southampton Town immediately following the Ride. Although we will have the form and notaries available at check-in on Ride Day for you to fill out, WE STRONGLY URGE AND WOULD PREFER that you download the form and bring the completed and notarized form with you to expedite your check-in. Notaries will only be available from 8:00-10:00 AM. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we must adhere to the Town’s Rules & Regulations in order to hold the event. You will receive a copy of this form to be completed in the next few days via email. |
