Willie Pallooza is a celebration of BBQ, centered around a New York State BBQ Championship. Competitors can arrive on Saturday, April 6, 2013. There will be a chili contest that evening. The BBQ competition will be taking place on Sunday, April 7, 2013. BBQ fans will be vying for cash and prizes in the categories of chicken, ribs, pork shoulder and brisket. Whether this is your first contest or your fiftieth, we would love to have you join us. This year Willie Pallooza will be donating all profits from the event to the West Islip Breast Cancer Coalition, a 501(c)3 charity. |
