Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence and
the Coalition Against Child Abuse and Neglect at The Safe Center Long Island present "A Taste of Long Island" A Taste of Long Island charity benefit fundraiser event, the best of Long Island's restaurants, wineries, caterers, breweries, bakeries and more at The Carltun in Eisenhower Park, in East Meadow, Long Island, New York.
The Nassau County Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the Coalition Against Child Abuse and Neglect at The Safe Center LI will present the annual "A Taste of Long Island" on Monday, January 28, 2-13 6:30PM at the Carltun in Eisenhower Park. Members of the public are invited to this premier event, which is sponsored by the Cavit Collection/Palm Bay International.
More than 40 of Long Island's best restaurants, caterers, wineries, breweries, bakers, and confectioners will contribute to the evening's enjoyment with great food, wine, and music. Several new Long Island restaurants are joining the many regular participants, so the sampling opportunities are expected to be outstanding.
Domestic Violence affects everyone. More than 85 percent of reported incidents of domestic violence are perpetrated against women.
