Larry is a founding partner in Davis and Prager, P.C., and has been practicing law there since its formation in 1994. He is also a founding Director of Empire National Bank, which was founded in 2008. He currently sits as the Vice President of Long Island Builders Institute and serves on its Board of Directors. Larry most recently has been added to the Board of Directors of the Long Island Home Builders Development Corp., a charitable arm of the Long Island Builders Institute, with a mission to build homes for our returning war heroes. He continues to build and develop properties in Brookhaven Town as well as shape the future landscape of Brookhaven by serving as the Chair of the Brookhaven Committee for LIBI. Along with his professional accomplishments, Larry enjoys coaching youth basketball for the Miller Place PTO and has served as the committee chair for his son's Cub Scout pack.

Ira is a partner in the law firm of Davis and Prager, P.C. which he helped establish in 1994. The firm is located in Patchogue, N.Y. and has a concentration in real estate development and banking. He is a founder of Empire National Bank which was established in 2008. THe bank has three branches in Islandia, Shirley, and Port Jefferson Station. A resident of Smithtown with wife Patricia and sons Matthew and Michael, Ira is involved with Empire National Bank as well as a member in various organizations including the Suffolk County Bar Association, Long Island Housing Partnership, Smithtown Booster Club, Smithtown Youth Lacrosse, Yorkie911 Rescue, Inc. and the National Alopecia Areata Foundation. |
