Description: |
Join the Parish Resource Center as we set sail aboard the Bridgeport-Port Jefferson Ferry for a sunset sail; gourmet picnic supper and dessert; music, dancing, chinese style auction/raffle; door prizes and most of all, lots of fun. Ticket price includes 2 free glasses of wine or beer for those 21 and older.
The event, sponsored by the Bridgeport-Port Jefferson Steamboat Co., supports the work of the Parish Resource Center, a non-denominational, education-based, 501 (c)(3)nonprofit organization providing consultants, educational workshops and resources supporting faith communities throughout the greater New York area with primary emphasis here on Long Island. The Center's goal is to provide faith communities time-effective; cost-efficient; and results-oriented programs and services empowering fulfillment of mission and ministry within their community.
