Description: |
Eastern Suffolk BOCES Skills USA students from the Suffolk Aviation Academy are hosting a 5K Run/Walk to raise donations for PALS - Patient AirLifts Services - Patient AirLift Services arranges free air transportation based on need to individuals requiring medical care and for other humanitarian purposes. Pilots donate their time, airplanes and all expenses without compensation. This 5K run is a community service to raise funds for the services provided. The run/walk takes place at the Brookhaven Calabro Airport, Dawn Drive, Shirley.
Eastern Suffolk Board of Cooperative Educational Services (ESBOCES) is an educational cooperative of 51 Long Island school districts and provides educational leadership, direct instruction, management and support through quality, cost-effective instructional programs and shared services. |
