37th Annual Doll Teddy Bear and Collectible Toy Show and Sale at The Sheraton Hotel in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York.
The Patchogue Doll Fanciers Club of Long Island is sponsoring its annual one-day Doll Teddy Bear and Collectible Toy Sale and Competition on Sunday January 27, 2013. The show is open to the public from 10:00am to 4:00pm and is located at the Sheraton Long Island Hotel, 110 Vanderbilt Motor Parkway in Hauppauge. Our Doll Show Hosts Dealers From All Over Including New England, Pennsylvania, & New Jersey. a Portion Of Our Proceeds Are Donated To Childrens Charities.The show features a Doll Competition open to the general public with many antique, modern and children's categories. Anyone may enter dolls in the competition, but entries must be registered by January 15, 2013. The Competition Room will be open for public viewing from 1:00pm to 3:00pm. Ribbons are awarded for First, Second, and Third Places and Honorable Mention in each of several categories. Special awards will also be given. The Competition Room provides an opportunity for viewing special, rare and unusual dolls, old and new, from private collections. Club members will be available to answer questions and discuss dolls of interest to viewers. The Patchogue Doll Fanciers Club is a non-profit organization. The club annually donates a portion of the show proceeds to Long Island Charities. The admission is $6.00 ($5.00 for seniors, free for ages 12 and under). Food and beverages will be available at nominal cost. Sponsored by the Village of Patchogue. |
