Adopt Til You Drop Save A Pet Animal Rescue and Adoption Event through December 2013 at Save-A-Pet Animal Rescue Adoption Center in Port Jefferson Station, Long Island, New York.
Right now we are filled with amazing pets including puppies, kittens, purebreds and mixed breeds of all types.
Many families consider bringing home a new pet around the holidays. We're teaming up with Best Friends Animal Society and rescues across the country to encourage those families to adopt by offering 25 percent off adoption fees for all adult dogs and cats for the month of December of 2013.
Most people don't realize that when they buy pets from a retail outlet, they may be contributing to a national tragedy of puppy mills. Don't contribute to puppy mills by purchasing a new pet from a retail outlet. Save a life by adopting through Save-a-Pet.
About Save A Pet Animal Rescue and Adoption Center
People And Animals Helping Each Other
Save A Pet Animal Rescue and Adoption Center in Port Jefferson Station, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York is a nonprofit organization that rescues abused, abandoned, homeless animals and places them in loving permanent homes.
Save A Pet was founded in 1994. Our concern for the devastatingly large surplus of domestic animals sowed the seeds for our ever growing shelter. Under the direction of founder/president Dori Scofield, the dedicated staff, volunteers and team of veterinarians have made Save-A-Pet a safe harbor for companion animals.
Save-A-Pet Animal Rescue and Adoption improves the lives of abused, abandoned, and homeless animals and places them in loving permanent homes. We provide spay and neuter services and any necessary medical care. We work diligently to educate the public, especially children, on the importance of pet sterilization and responsible pet ownership. |
